Client Overview
We are currently working with this client and the progress has been fantastic. The goal was to get the company’s name, brand, services, and products in front of potential customers on Facebook and Instagram. Inquiries from those two platforms have been coming in and job quotes are being processed from those leads. It’s so exctiting to see social media marketing working and turning into revenue. Also, we’re working on increasing the number of targeted subscribers that will subscribe and receive our monthly MailChimp newsletters. This will set the client up for success when they want to push their special offers and show off their awesome products.
There hadn’t been any activity in close to a year on this account when we took it over, so the followers that they did have were non-interactive. We started with only 67 followers and 21 posts. It took a while for followers to show signs of life, but after seeing consistent activity on the account, and with the usage of specific hashtags, followers have increased and are now responding to posts and interacting with us and our content. We’re now well over 300 followers. We’ve added stories and highlights with branded highlight cover images, and have optimized their profile. We can only go up from here. We’re excited to see where this account goes in the future months.
This account already had a good following but has not been pursued at full steam by us per request of the owner. Progress has been made as we have increased the number of followers, likes, and have already received inquiries about services and products through this platform. We also should mention that one of our posts was shared in conjunction with a 5-star recommendation for the business. Yay!

We added a subscriber popup on their website to improve conversions to help build their email list. Highlighting product specials and showing off projects through videos and images are vital pieces of email marketing campaigns. One major area of importance is having the ability to update subscribers about COVID-19 updates and safety protocols for the business. JC Printing remained open as an essential business during the economic shutdown. Reminding clients on social media and through email marketing was extremely important in keeping the doors open. See a couple of examples below.

In less than two months, Katie has helped increase our visibility within our target market. We had a gentleman come in after seeing a post who lived just down the street from our shop, and he mentioned he never knew we were there. He ended up placing a large high-end business card order. We also have received another recommendation on Facebook with a post share and shout-out. We are very pleased with the progress and feedback we are receiving from revamping our social media and e-mail marketing with Katie, and are very excited to see the success that is to come.
